Puerto Rico Highway 506 is a two-lane tertiary highway [1] in Ponce, Puerto Rico. The road runs south to north, joining PR-1 to PR-14. It starts at the easternmost edge of Mercedita Airport, intersects with PR-52 and continues north to intersect with PR-14 where it ends. In a few spots the road runs parallel to Rio Inabon in barrio Bucana.
An important tributary of PR-506 is PR-5506. PR-5506 is a two-lane tertiary road which intersects with the southern terminus of PR-10, an important primary highway.
